Dear Ranger Athletes and Parents,

We have a fun but busy week ahead of us all. To help, here is a Checklist for This Week for both PARENTS & ATHLETES:

Homecoming Parade Details - 9/15

1. Complete the Homecoming Parade Waiver form you received from Coach on Friday. This form was handed out to Seniors & Juniors only as they may be riding in the trailer/truck beds (both athlete and parent/guardian must sign the waiver for participation). Sophomores & Freshmen will be walking in the parade with our team behind the trailer. Return completed form to Coach tomorrow at school.
2. Homecoming Parade Information - The Parade is taking place this Wednesday the 15th. For those that will be attending this event for the first time, here's some details: VRHS celebrates the week of Homecoming with a Parade. Teams line up behind the school and parade to Gupton Stadium. The event concludes at Gupton Stadium following a Pep Rally. If you are participating, Coach is asking that you arrive by 6pm and find Coach and team lining up behind the school building. Wear anything Vista Ridge Swim & Dive related. Please bring a small bag of individually wrapped candy. Special thanks to Laurie Allen who has been hard at work planning and decorating this fun event for our team!

Hays Meet Information - 9/17

1. Athletes: If you are attending the meet on Friday (9/17) please be sure to complete the meal form located on google classroom. If you do not complete it by noon tomorrow (9/13) then we will choose a standard meal for you to receive.
2. Parents: We need Volunteers. Job Sign up Link (click here) is available on our website. Go to job sign up posted next to the 9/17 meet. We need timers and tent setup help.
3. Meet Details: Coach will be receiving final meet information in coming days. Once we have those details we will get word out to everyone participating.

Party Barge Team Building Event - 9/19

Don't forget to RSVP if you are planning to attend so we can get a good headcount. Go to our website and look for the Party Barge Event, click the RSVP link. We will send out additional information to those attending towards the end of this week. Plan on bringing an item to share based on the list of items requested. We will be meeting up at the school and will caravan/car pool to the party barge location. Parents, you are welcome to drive your athlete to the event if you prefer and pick them up at the conclusion. More details forthcoming.
