Required Information
To tryout and participate with the team all Leander ISD Athletic forms MUST be complete. Nitro Release must be signed before coming to Nitro.
REQUIRED Tryout forms are:
1. LISD Online Athletic Forms (RankOne)
2. LISD Sports Physical - Doctor's Physical Forms
Bring completed forms on the first day of school or drop off at VRHS Athletic Office prior to 8/15
3. Nitro Liability Release Form For New Member Tryouts May 2026
4. Sway Test
All 4 must be complete to workout with the team.
