Parents - Please note to volunteer with the Vista Ridge Swim & Dive Team a parent must be an approved LISD volunteer.
To tryout and participate with the team all Leander ISD Athletic forms MUST be complete. Nitro Release must be signed before coming to Nitro.
REQUIRED Tryout forms are:
1. LISD Online Athletic Forms (RankOne)
2. LISD Sports Physical - Doctor's Physical Forms
Bring completed forms on the first day of school or drop off at VRHS Athletic Office prior to 8/15
3. Nitro Liability Release Form For New Member Tryouts May 2026
4. Sway Test
All 4 must be complete to workout with the team.
