This Week in Ranger Swimming-Action Items Included
Hello Ranger Families,
I have a quite few updates for you. We have a very busy weekend ahead!! Sorry in advance for the length, but there is lots to communicate.
The good news: With our amazing sponsorships drive, generous booster memberships and wonderful Rally sale, we have ensured our operational budget (website, taxes, scholarship, barge, movie tickets, banquet rental, senior gifts, banner, summer funds, supplies, etc) for the year!! Thanks you so much for your efforts!!
Now, we can focus on our new goal: Charter Bus(es) This has never been in our budget before, but our group can do great things for our athletes!! Here are some upcoming opportunities to help! The Attachment is a detailed explanation, plans, benefits and motivations of the next two items. There is so much enthusiasm for for our Rangers!! Catch the fever!!!
Today: Please help your child gather 20 emails for your Snap Fundraiser. The Students will set this up in class tomorrow. As the flyer says, it is easier at set up time for the students to have an electronic copy of the email list, so they can just copy and paste into the setup. You will be getting other information from them soon. We are also going to try to circulate a sign of our Snap Link on social media, so any sharing you can do would help.
Bus Fund Link: We have been approached to provide a link for website members to donate toward our goal. I am so encouraged and impressed by our dedicated Ranger Families!! If you need other help to donate in behalf of someone else or a business, let us know. The link is on the Members Only Tab of the Website. You must be logged in to the website.
Donations at this link can be copied by you and turned in for matching programs if your employer does Corporate matching gifts.
FREE MONEY FOR RANGERS!!!
Do you work for Dell, Apple, IBM, Farmers Insurance? These are just a few of the hundreds of businesses that match donations to nonprofit organizations such as our Booster Club. Click the link below and see if your company matches.
Merchandise Sales: Yard Signs, new VR Towels (these are awesome!), car decals, Cups, and Wraps !!!!!!!!!! Have you been thinking about these? The “Shop” on our website is ready to take your order!! The order for these will get to the printer on September 17th, so you have until THIS MONDAY MORNING!! Some of you earned these items with your Booster Membership at registration, so those items are already in progress.
Friday: Snap Fundraiser begins. The company will run our fundraiser for one month.
Saturday: IHOP Breakfast - Our team captains have invited all team members to ‘Breakfast for Dinner’ from 6 to 8 This is not a booster event. BYO$
Sign Up for Pasta Party Sides on the Events page of the website. The party is Saturday the 22nd. I am bringing all the leftover chips from the barge day, so chips are covered ;)
Thursday, September 20th!! First Meet!! Students, time to show all that team spirit!! Wear your Ridge Nation Shirt all day to school!! (unless you hear differently from Coach). Bring your VR Gear to the meet. We are in contact with D and J about our orders from the summer, and will keep you updated.
Friday, September 21st is the TriMeet with Glen and Rouse at Nitro form 8 to 10:30am.
